Refund policy

 

We take great pride in the health and quality of our plants and trees. We carefully select and pack each one to ensure they arrive in great condition. Because our products are live and perishable, we have a few guidelines for returns and replacements.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on plants or trees. However, if your plant arrives damaged, please let us know within three days of delivery. You can send us an email at support@buddleiabutterflybushes.com with a description of the damage. After we review the issue, we'll provide a one-time replacement if we can confirm the damage. Please note that after seven days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for damage to plants that are purchased for a location outside their recommended growing zone. We also can't cover damage caused by neglectful care, improper planting, extreme weather, animals, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Cancellations

We get your order ready for shipment as soon as possible after you check out. Our team takes great care in selecting and packing your items, which is why we can only accept cancellations or changes on the same day you place the order. Once an order has been packed and shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it. If you cancel your order after it has been processed but before it ships, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

What If My Order Is Lost?

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If your order doesn't arrive as expected, please contact us at support@buddleiabutterflybushes.com. After we confirm the tracking issue, we will happily reship your plant or tree.
