Order Processing

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5-8 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday.

Winter Shipping Schedule

To ensure the health and viability of our trees, we follow a specific shipping schedule during the winter and early spring months. We ship to different climate zones based on the appropriate planting times.

• Zones 8-11: Shipping begins in February, weather permitting.
• Zone 7: Shipping begins in March, weather permitting.
• Zone 6: Shipping begins in April, weather permitting.
• Zone 5: Shipping begins in May, weather permitting.
• Zones 1-4: Shipping begins in June, weather permitting.

All shipping costs and options will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. The shipping rates you see are inclusive of both shipping and handling charges to ensure your trees arrive safely.
